Do I need experience?
No. We train all of our staff as part of the induction process and provide regular training throughout the course of your employment.
Would I have to wear a uniform.
No. A uniform draws a dividing line between staff & people we support. To us a uniform puts a barrier between a client and their support worker, it represents a sign of authority. We have a personal appearance policy and all we ask is that our staff are smartly dressed even in casual clothes and well presented at all times.
